Tips
Sowing: For cultivation under glass, sow in August-September in rows spaced 20 cm apart.
For outdoor cultivation, sow from March to June, also in rows with 20 cm spacing. Do not sow too densely; the plants need space. Parsley seed takes quite a long time to germinate—4 weeks is normal.
Keep the soil moist during the germination period and continue to water regularly afterward. Parsley requires a lot of moisture for good development.
Harvest: For glasshouse cultivation, leaves can be harvested from January to March; for outdoor cultivation, from July through September.
