We searched for a long time for a truly beautiful pink flower mixture and now we finally found it! This richly flowering pink flower carpet consists of no fewer than 12 different annual flowers such as: Zinnia, Cosmos, Cupermalva, Cuckoo herb, Gypsophila, Paper flower and Cat's moustache. The height of this flower mixture varies between 60 and 120 cm. If you have a spare spot in your garden, if something is missing somewhere or if you want to add colour to an entire roadside, this is an ideal solution. This mix is good for 5 m2. Do not sow too thickly as the flowers will crowd each other out. 1 packet ≈ 10 gram ≈ 5m2

Tips
How many seeds do you need per square meter?
Each packet contains enough seeds for approximately 1 square meter of flowers. This may vary depending on the variety, so take the mature size of the plants into account. A helpful tip: don’t sow everything at once. Spread out the sowing over several moments. This way, you extend the flowering season and have a backup in case the first sowing is less successful. A single seed can grow into a full plant, so make sure to give them enough space. Store your seeds in a cool, dry place – they will remain viable for 2 to 3 years.
How much sun do annual flowers need?
Annuals bloom best in full sun, with at least 6 hours of sunlight per day. But the more sun – ideally more than 8 hours – the faster and more profusely they will bloom. In shady areas, flowering may be limited.
Planting instructions:
- Moisten the soil so the seeds adhere well.
- Cover the seeds with a thin layer of soil – see the planting depth per variety on the back of the packet or in the specifications on this page.
- Use fertile, well-drained soil.
- Place the seeds in a sunny spot and protect them from strong wind. Support the plants if needed.
- Water regularly and remove weeds.
