Plant in layers for weeks of flowers
Turn your patio into a layered flower celebration! This carefully selected flower bulb mix provides continuous flowering from early spring through April. Simply plant the bulbs on top of each other in three layers – just like a lasagne – and nature will do the rest.
In this mix, the flowers bloom one after another:
Snowdrops Mount Everest – the very first to flower, elegant and white
Muscari Azureum – fresh blue grape hyacinths that combine beautifully
Narcissus Double Fashion – classic spring fragrance and colour
Tulips Mariage & Sweet Simone – the colourful finale in shape and colour
How to plant your flower bulb lasagne:
Start with a 5-10 cm layer of soil and plant the tulips at the bottom of the pot. Cover the tulip bulbs with a layer of potting soil and plant the narcissus bulbs on top. Cover again with potting soil and plant the snowdrops and muscari in the top layer. Finish with approximately 3-5 cm of potting soil.
Tip: plant a few pansies on top for instant colour – even in winter!
The result? First the snowdrops and grape hyacinths appear, followed by the cheerful narcissus, and finally the tulips burst into bloom.
A natural succession of flowers, without any extra work. Simply plant in autumn and enjoy in spring.
Perfect for large pots, or plant the bulbs next to each other in your border for approximately the same effect.
