Fritillaria Uva Vulpis 25x
Fritillaria uva-vulpis (fox grape) may be small, but it makes a big statement. On a slender stem of around 25 cm, it produces glossy purple, nodding bell-shaped flowers with a soft green haze. Beautiful as a cut flower, and if you leave it in the garden, it will also form lovely ornamental seed pods after flowering. Best of all: it’s one of the easiest fritillarias to grow.
✓ Deep purple with a soft green haze and golden-yellow details
✓ Compact: approx. 25 cm tall, perfect for pots and the front of borders
✓ Easy to grow: one of the strongest fritillarias
✓ Great as a cut flower
✓ Beautiful ornamental seed pods after flowering
Plant Fritillaria uva-vulpis in full sun or light partial shade, in well-drained soil. Planted in groups, the colour contrast looks its best.
